Why Does Juana Believe that the Pearl will Destroy her and Kino

It will destroy them because Kino will only want to worry about the pearl the pearl will become one with him like Frodo and the ring from Lord of the Rings. Okay back to the topic Juana I think she is right it will destroy them. Kino says he wants to sell the pearl for his son but in time he will go crazy for the pearl and he will never give it up every that’s just what I think. The only way I think it will destroy them is because of what I said earlier Kino will go crazy and do anything for the pearl.
