Mine and Jacks Script for Public Speaking

Sean: Today we are going to be talking about how the school year as gone.

Jack: Yes the school year for this year was Interesting.

Sean: This year for me has its ups and downs.

Jack: For me this year as changed a lot because I had made lots of new friends. I’m not going to name any, but one of them is Sean, right here standing next to me.

Sean: One good time that happened to me was in gym, we were playing a game of mat ball and I kicked a homerun. It was awesome because everyone was looking at me when I was running the bases.

Jack: I had experience with that to, we were also playing a game of mat ball and I kicked one too.

Sean:  That’s great Jack, having to take my moment away from me.

Jack: You’re welcome Sean.

Sean: anyway, what I was trying to say is, I like to play mat ball.

Jack: Don’t you mean we like to play mat ball?

Sean: Yah Yah whatever. On to mor-

Jack: No it’s my turn to talk now.

Sean: Okay Jackie you have the spot light.

Jack: No, my name is not Jackie, its Jack, or as my friends at my old school would call me is Jack-O.

Sean: Sure it is.

Jack: Yes it is go ahead and call one of them. His number is (262)-not telling.

Sean: Okay Jack-O… Hahaha I’m sorry I can’t hold it in.

Jack: Ok Sean….What am I going to call you?

Jack: I’m going to call you Seanie, I guess.

Sean: Whatever, as long I get to call you Jackie.

Jack: No, it’s fine let’s just go back to calling each other by our real name.

Sean: Fine we are only going to call each other these names when we are like weird if you know what I mean.

Jack: OK sure you could say that.

Sean: Ok I am going to say that, what is wrong with you?

Jack: Nothing, nothing at all.

Sean: Really, because I can think of some things that could be wrong with you.

Jack: Yah really like what.

Sean: Nothing I can say right now.

Jack:  Yah you probably shouldn’t.

Sean & Jack: HAHAHAHAHAHA (FAIL HIGH FIVE)

Sean:  Uggg that wasn’t funny.

Jack: IKR

Sean: I think this year as gone by really fast because this is my last time doing public speaking with this little kid.

Jack:  I know right, hey wait one minute. I am not a little kid.

Sean: Yah you are, look how short you are.

Jack: yah so, maybe your just tall.

Sean: Compared to you.

Jack:  Whatever.

Sean: Okay to other things what was your favorite part of the spring break we took.

Jack: My favorite part was not having any homework. Sometimes l like to have no homework once in awhile. How about you Sean?

Sean: Yes I don’t like having homework sometimes. Well first I did absolutely nothing over break I just sat on my couch, played outside and mowed my lawn. We were going to go to the Mall of America in Minnesota but I have already been there like every year until I moved here and in Alexandria so that like 7-8 years I’ve been there. So that is like 20 times a year you do the math. So tell me what you did at least Jackie.

Jack: What I did was not that much. The only thing I did over the break that we had was I went to a party until midnight, that was on Friday, also I did was play games on my couch. I also had a couple friends come over that weekend because I had some friends in Waukesha and they didn’t have spring break the next week. So yah, that’s it.

Jack & Sean: well that’s all the time we have folks c yah later.

Go Kart Racing

The first I drove a go kart was in Alexandria, Minnesota at a place called Casey’s. It had batting cages, mini golf, and some other stuff like bumper boats. It was a really fun place to hang out with friends and across the street there was a Dairy Queen and a Subway. So during the summer it was even better. After a round of golf we would go to Dairy Queen to get some ice cream and icees. It was also a great place for family member to meet and have parties or even bring your baseball team for practice in the cage and some fun after.

The Finals (Basketball)

The finals are fun to watch really the only best part of the NBA basketball season because that’s when the teams actually try there hardest. It has been a tough battle so far this year. Now they are down to two teams the Miami Heat and the Dallas Mavericks. I would like to see the heat win and for the NBA it is best of 7 games and so far the heat have won game one the only game has happened. The Heat won 92 to 84 it was close and with the heat having the 2 best players in the NBA Dwayne Wade and Lebron James score a lot of their points. On the Mavericks they have Dirk Nowitzki and Jason Kidd. Dirk is like 6’ 10” and he can shoot from anywhere on the court he is the Mavericks Center and is a beast. Jason Kidd is pretty good he can shoot 3’s and he had his good day playing with the New Jersey Nets. I hope the Heat win it all and I bet they will.

Skateboarding

I can really skateboard but I do it anyways. It was on a Wednesday when I was having a skateboarding competition with my friend Chase Seliger. We really lost track because I am terrible at skateboarding. He is really good so he took it easy on me. Then he just started teaching me some tricks. The game we were trying to play is SK8 (skate) its where one person does one trick and then you have to do that trick too. So it’s like horse only there is 3 letters S-K-8 It was really fun that day there is also another game you can play like that it is called 1UP but it deals with how many points each trick is then you had it up and the other person has to get a better score.
